The best thing they did was find someone fast to put in our home but after that they do not manage the property. Both people they found skipped out in the last months rent and trashed our house. They didn't know that the people had pets and smoked or who all was living in the house.

I currently live in one of their OVER PRICED homes, and I literally heard the woman showing the home explain to a couple this is a white neighborhood.
Owner Cathy Ledford can be rather rude and demeaning in her conversation when your lease is up. Everything was nice and smiley when she needed to rent the property and have the renters income. Items that were in fair condition; were forgotten about when we moved out. It took at least 3 months to have the garage fixed.

Within the first sentence she became belligerent and completely out of line. Called today to try to set up an appointment to view a potential property. They were very rude and basically told me that they would NOT rent a property to me because I didn't have 5 years of rental experience.

I have heard her lie to many of the people viewing the home about its features. The people who work in the office are extremely rude, and problems around the home either don't get fixed or they get ignored. If they do get fixed it's usually rigged until something forces them to take action. This company is awful and I would NEVER rent with this greed stricken manangment again. Very first conversation with a representative and I was interrogated and disrespected.

Garage door basically dry rotted due to water buildup that caused mold on the property. The entire house began to smell of mold and she asked us if we knew about it. Really; after several months of notifying the property maintenance of this, it only got worse and clack mold appeared. The husband does repairs and then charges outlandish fees for mileage and a visit.
